Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of your order for processing, before your package is shipped out. All coffees are roasted within 10 days before shipping, if not stated otherwise. If you have any further questions, please email us at: info@umbralcoffee.com

Shipping costs - Germany

We charge a different shipping fee depending on the weight. From an order value of 70.00 euros, shipping is free of charge.

In our store at www.umbralcoffee.com we only deliver within Germany.

Delivery time and tracking - Germany

We ship your orders with DHL. DHL will deliver your package in Germany within 1-4 working days. All our products are available at any time, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. For deliveries under 500 grams, you can decide whether we send the parcel for you with or without a tracking code. Over 500 grams, we always ship with a tracking code, which you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.

If you place your order without a tracking code, we accept no liability for loss or other problems with your parcel.
